  • Do you give out free legal advice on the phone or in person?
No, not really. I might point you in the right direction so you can find it out for yourself, but the reality is that the first 30 minutes or so that we talk is probably the most valuable information I can give you in assisting you to protect your IP. So, since an attorney’s time and experience are his “stock-in-trade,” I do not generally give that valuable information away free. But, I am about to produce a series of video lessons on basic IP stuff and you can learn a lot from those and my legal links on the legal resources page. Check those resources for help and education.
